Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges:
Store Inventory Purchases
Custom Orders And Furniture Any and all Custom designed items require payment in advance. Because these items are made to your liking, The Dazzle Diva cannot accept returns or cancellations on these items. All sales on custom orders will be final. Returns for Drop Ship Items: Any and all drop shipments are to be returned withing 5 days of recieving items and at the buyers expense. You will also be charged a 25% restocking fee. Shipment Refusal: Any orders that are placed online with a money order and or cashiers check as payment and do not follow through with the sale will also be charged a 25% restocking fee, The Dazzle Diva reserves
all rights to bill for non-payment. If you refuse to pay the 25% restocking fee we will
foward your information to a collection agency.
Any cusotmer that refuses delivery or does not accept merchandise will be charged the delivery charge as well as a 25% restocking fee. Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged: The Dazzle Diva is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages if you do not insure your items. Insurance is offered upon request so please notify us if you would like to have your package insured. Insurance is required to be paid by the buyer. If you are going to be returning any items please send back insured and with a delivery confirmation. This is the only way we both are assured that package has been returned and recieved. USPS is not traceable, however UPS, and Fedex are and come with $100.00 shipping insurance. Warranty Information: The Dazzle Diva stands by our products with pride and insures all orders to the fullest. If you have a problem with your order within the first 30 days of your delivery we will replace or fix your order. You must contact Dazzle Diva within the 30 day period to take advantage of this offer and your item needs to be sent back to us for inspection. This warranty is only valid on propper care of your items. Any misuse or failure to follow directions of care is considered for Dazzle Diva to not be at fault. Shipping Methods: The Dazzle Diva ships through UPS, Fedex, USPS and if needed will go through Freight carriers as we add the furniture to the site. The carrier that is chosed depends on the weight, and sizing of your package. Please understand that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 unless shipping over seas, or large items such as strollers, car seats, large heavy packages. Your card will be charged the shipping amount at the time of shipment and a copy of the receipt will be sent to you. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF THIS IS AN OVER SEAS ORDER AS SHIPPING CAN BE PRICEY. Delivery Time: All of our products here at Dazzle Diva are custom made and made to order. Therefore delivery times will vary for different products. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be completed then an additional 5-7 business days for your package to arrive. If you are placing a larger order please allow extra time for your order to be completed, you will get an email when your order is done and ready to ship. If for some reason Dazzle Diva has your item already made and in stock you may recieve your package sooner. If this is an item that you need shipped sooner please email us for further details, we try to work with every customer as best we can to fufill your needs. Once your item has been shipped you will be notified with all delivery information. If your order will take longer then expected we will notify you and update you on progress. This rarely happens so if your order is running late please notify Dazzle Diva and we will get right back to you with your order information. Sales Tax
There is a flat rate of 6% of total order.
Privacy Policy: The Dazzle Diva goes to extreme measures to ensure your privacy. We do not sell or foward your personal information to other companies. When you place your order with Dazzle Diva with your credit card, your credit card company does require that we confirm your billing adress and phone number to make sure your transaction is authentic. We also ask that you supply Dazzle Diva with your email adress so we can confirm your order and keep you updated with the progress of your order.
